Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 2pm will ship same day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 2pm will ship next business day. During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we sure try hard to avoid that).
Tracking info will be sent to your designated email address when your orders ships.
Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays), same day dispatch may not be applicable whilst our distribution team works to prepare your slip® order.
SHIPPING - UK

All orders are shipped from our UK distribution centre, by DPD Courier, Next Day Service.
DPD offer a Follow My Parcel service with delivery options, should you not be at home at the time of delivery. More information on this service can be found at www.dpd.co.uk
