PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Acceptance
By using or attempting to use the promotion code for an offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Offer Period
Promotions are only available for a limited time only, for as long as it is advertised on Slip's website, as stated on the promotion coupon or otherwise advised.
Conditions
Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent and are not redeemable in order to purchase gift cards. Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases nor combined with any other offers or discounts. Unique discount or promotion codes cannot be used during sitewide promotion periods.
Redemption
To redeem an offer during an Offer Period, enter the promotion code into the "discount code" box during the checkout process, purchase using auto-applied code or select the promotion pop up in your cart.
Shipping
Promotional codes are not applicable to shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure postal details are correct.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are subject to Slip's return policy. If you return or seek a refund on any item purchased using a promotional offer, the value of the discount will not be refunded to you.
Offers
(a) From time to time we may run promotions on our website which are subject to both these Terms & Conditions and any additional promotion specific terms which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. You should ensure that you read the specific terms that apply to each promotion. By proceeding to purchase you agree and accept these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of the applicable promotion(s). (b) Buy 1, Get 1 offers exclude sale or clearance items unless stated otherwise. Discount will be applied to the cheapest product added to cart. (c) Gift with Purchase ("GWP") offers are limited time only, while stock lasts. Unless otherwise stated, GWP offers can be redeemed with full price items only and must be added to your shopping cart. (d) Sitewide offers include all published products on site unless stated otherwise. (e) Some promotion codes will only work for specific people or for specific countries. The promotion specific terms will state if the code can only be used in a certain country. If you've received the code in an email from Slip then the code may also be locked to that email address. Make sure you are trying to use the code using your Slip account that has the same email address as we sent the code to.
Joint Promotions
Slip may undertake joint promotions with third party partners from time to time. You should consult the terms of those programs for full details of such specific joint promotions.
Unique Promotion Codes
If you're given a unique promotion code that is meant just for you, keep it secret and do not let anyone else use it or abuse it (e.g. don't post it on social media or any other platform). If Slip thinks there is or has been misuse of the promotion code in any way (e.g. selling it or sharing it with others), Slip reserves the right to cancel your promotion code and/or suspend or close your account without telling you.
Final Sale
Products marked FINAL SALE at the time of sale will not be eligible for return, refund, exchange or store credit unless defective. This policy does not affect your statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Changes
Slip reserves the right to cancel the promotion, change these Terms and Conditions or change any specific promotion terms at any time and in its sole discretion.

CUSTOMER REVIEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Ratings & Reviews service (“RRS”) offered by Slip and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. To the extent of any inconsistency between the Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and these Terms & Conditions relating to the RRS, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail. By submitting a review, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not submit a review.
Collection and Moderation
Ratings, content, and reviews provided by you (“Content”) are collected and displayed via a third-party provider, Bazaarvoice, Inc., who gathers feedback from customers who have purchased or used our products.
Slip may limit review submissions to verified purchasers only. Slip may also display information indicating whether a review was submitted by a verified purchaser.
Bazaarvoice, Inc. may moderate and verify reviews to ensure compliance with content guidelines as updated from time to time. Moderation may involve both automated and manual processes and may result in the withholding or removal of reviews that:
• contain inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful language;
• appear to be fake, irrelevant, or spam;
• contain confidential or personal information;
• impersonate others;
• are not based on actual use of a Slip product; or
• otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
All submitted reviews are subject to review by Bazaarvoice, Inc. under its policies and may be withheld or removed in accordance with industry best practices.
Eligibility and Content Representations and Warranties
By submitting any Content to Slip in connection with the RRS, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions, and represent and warrant that:
• you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you confirm you have obtained permission from a parent or guardian;
• you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property and other rights in the Content;
• all “moral rights” that you may have in the Content have been voluntarily waived by you and you do not require that any personally identifying information be used in connection with the Content that you submit, or any derivative works of, or upgrades thereto;
• if your review is submitted as part of a promotion, you will disclose this fact when prompted;
• if you were incentivised (e.g. received the product for free or at a discount or were provided a discount for a future purchase) in exchange for your review, you agree to clearly and prominently disclose this information in the review itself (for example, by stating “I received a discount in exchange for this review”);
• you understand that you are participating in a public forum and that your Content will be available to others and may be reused or republished by others, including Slip and Relevant Parties (as defined below); and
• you understand that your Content (or parts thereof) may be used, republished and distributed by Slip or Relevant Parties (as defined below).
Content Submissions
You represent and warrant that any Content you submit:
• is relevant and accurate (where it is a factual statement) and genuinely held (where it states an opinion);
• is not false, inaccurate, or misleading;
• does not harm minors;
• does not violate these Terms & Conditions and will not cause any damage, loss, or injury to anyone;
• does not infringe on copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
• does not violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, or false advertising);
• is not, and would not reasonably be considered to be, unlawful, harmful, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, abusive, tortious, threatening, or harassing;
• is not submitted for compensation or other consideration from any third party;
• does not include any information that references other websites, addresses, e-mail addresses, contact information, or phone numbers;
• does not include unsupported health or therapeutic claims, medical information, or medical advice;
• will not expose Slip to any civil or criminal proceedings in any part of the world or refer to legal claims or proceedings; and
• does not contain any computer viruses, worms, or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.
Content Licence
For any Content that you submit, you grant Slip and its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, licensors or third-party service providers and their respective directors, officers, and employees (“Relevant Parties”) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable right and licence to use, reproduce, communicate, distribute, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, edit, adapt, publish, translate, publicly display, publicly perform, use, create derivative works from, and/or sell and/or distribute such Content and/or incorporate such Content into any form, medium, or technology whether now or hereafter known throughout the world without compensation to you.
In relation to any moral rights you may have in the Content, you consent to Slip and its Relevant Parties not attributing you as the author, falsely attributing authorship, and subjecting the Content to treatment that may otherwise infringe your moral rights under applicable laws. To the extent legally permitted, you waive all moral rights in the Content in favour of Slip and the aforementioned parties, including any rights you may have under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, or equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
Privacy
Any personal data you submit in connection with a review is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable privacy laws.
Our RRS is provided through Bazaarvoice, Inc., which acts as our data processor and processes your personal data on our behalf and under our instructions. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Notice and Bazaarvoice, Inc.’s Privacy Policy and associated policies.
We collect and process your personal data either on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interests. By submitting your email address in connection with your Content, you agree that Slip and its third-party service providers may use your email address to contact you regarding the status of your review, as well as for related administrative or marketing purposes. By submitting a review, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein and in our Privacy Notice.
By submitting Content, you acknowledge that it may be publicly displayed globally, including in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards are in place to protect any data transfers as set out in our Privacy Notice.
You may have certain rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict its use, as described in our Privacy Notice. For any questions or to exercise your rights, please contact us at legal@slip.com.
Confidentiality
You acknowledge and agree that:
• the Content is not confidential and may be used at Slip’s discretion;
• the Content that you submit will not be subject to any obligation of confidence or other restriction on use and publication on the part of Slip or its Relevant Parties; and
• Slip and the Relevant Parties will have full and unimpeded authority and ability to publish, communicate, use, and disseminate the Content in any manner, form, medium, or technology, at their sole discretion.
Disclaimers
Slip does not endorse any Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Slip disclaims all liability with respect to the Content.
You acknowledge and agree that:
• Moderation and verification may be performed independently by our third-party provider, Bazaarvoice, Inc., in accordance with its own policies and applicable laws. Slip does not control the moderation process and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any moderation decisions.
• Slip is under no obligation to oversee, monitor, or moderate Content submitted by users and may rely entirely on its third-party provider to manage this process.
• Slip does not pre-screen or edit Content submitted via the RRS. However, Slip reserves the right to request the removal or suppression of Content in limited circumstances, such as where it believes the Content is unlawful, in breach of these Terms & Conditions, infringes third-party rights, or creates a legal or reputational risk.
• You, not Slip, are solely responsible for the Content you submit, including its legality, accuracy, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Any Content submitted to Slip through the RRS may be published on the Slip website or shared with Relevant Parties to be used and published by them on their own websites.
Indemnity and Release
You agree to indemnify and hold Slip, its Relevant Parties, and Bazaarvoice, Inc. harmless from all claims, demands, costs, and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including legal fees, arising out of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Content or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
You hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Slip and its Relevant Parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have now or in the future arising out of or related to the use of your Content, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
To the extent permitted by law, Slip and the Relevant Parties expressly exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred in connection with the Content, including any loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or data loss. Slip disclaims any liability for regulatory investigations, penalties, or claims arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or from any Content you submit.
Survival
The provisions of these Terms & Conditions which by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, the provisions relating to Content ownership and licence, confidentiality, disclaimers, indemnity, release, and governing law and jurisdiction) shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms & Conditions for any reason.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable governing law and jurisdiction set out in the Terms of Service. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction stated therein in relation to any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.
Modification
You can review the most current version of these Terms & Conditions at any time. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the RRS following the posting of any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
